Retail Shop

Built in 1966 for a dry cleaners, this retail building has been a bike sales shop, a catering business and most recently a community church. The office at the front is approximately 12 X 14, the small 9 X 11 office on the right side also has a large open area of approximately 35 X 40. The kitchen area is 9 X 14, a storage room is 11.6 X 24, and there are two half baths. At the rear of the building there are two 6' freight doors. The parking lot is paved with a drive around lane to accomodate pick-up window service.
